Documentation for complex platforms must work for various readers, from end users who just need to get something done to engineers integrating a new API. Too often, docs are written for one audience and leave everyone else behind. I've spent my career making sure that doesn't happen.
Currently, I lead documentation and content strategy for Experience Platform at Adobe, working with product, engineering, and UX so every feature ships content-ready. That means owning the content strategy, setting the quality bar, and making sure everything that ships meets it.

Wrote and maintained documentation for Experience Platform Destinations and the Activation Service: end-to-end flows, integration walkthroughs, and API references for marketers and developers.
Covered Audience Manager documentation across a period of active feature development: integrations, APIs, admin workflows, and release-by-release updates.
Rebuilt the Neverfail Support Center structure and navigation, then wrote and shipped documentation for Neverfail Workspaces.
Wrote hardware and software reviews and step-by-step tutorials for a bilingual tech site focused on everyday users.
Covered all documentation for the Avangate/2Checkout e-commerce platform: user guides, admin docs, API references with working code samples, and release notes.
Wrote product and implementation documentation for Kondor+ and eTrade, Misys's trading and capital markets platforms.
Documented enterprise cybersecurity products in DocBook: deployment guides, admin references, and troubleshooting content.
Handled technical support for Bitdefender's enterprise security products, resolving deployment and configuration issues for customers and partners worldwide.
